Gareth 1

Hello, I’m Gareth and I’m committed to providing the highest quality service to those who need my help. To me, that service starts with the first time we speak and doesn’t end until you no longer need my help. The systems and processes I use make sure that any real estate transaction goes as smoothly as possible. I’m always considering and explore new ways to provide better experiences for my clients as they buy or sell their homes as well as the time in between. My clients know that they can contact me for everything from the asking price on a house that just went up for sale on their street to the name of a reliable tradesperson. I am just a call, text or email away from providing them with help they want and need. With 10 years of experience as a full time licensed Realtor with the Calgary Real Estate Board, I’ve helped hundreds of people get from where they were to were they wanted to be. I’d love the opportunity to help you too.

I’m committed to giving back to the communities I serve. I am very involved through the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) in volunteer roles. I’m the 2017 – 2019 treasurer for the Charitable Foundation, which governs charitable donations to organizations providing shelter and services to needy families and individuals, such as Habitat for Humanity, Inn From The Cold and Made By Mama. I am also the 2018 Chairperson for the CREB Resource Development Standing Committee. I previously sat on the New Professionals Development committee. Prior volunteer experience includes a year in Angola, Africa helping to develop sports programs and educational play for Olympic Aid (now Right To Play) and development work in China.

I was born in England but moved to Calgary in 1975. Having travelled extensively abroad and lived on 3 continents, I feel I can justifiably state that the Calgary area is the best place in the world to live. Married since 2003, my wife and I have two sons. Our family likes to spend time in the great outdoors, hiking and camping in the mountains or enjoying the parks and pathways that Calgary offers. I’m also focused on learning new technologies that help improve the lives of those I serve.
